Flexible Graphite Packing with Inconel Wire is produced from higher purity graphite which is flexible and shaped in to a yarn could be woven and then braided in a special design with inconel wire reinforcement. This particular style braided packing retains all properties of typical graphite packing, has got very low factor of rubbing and will not damage a shaft. It has fantastic heat conductivity, thermal resistance, chemical steadiness and high resilience as well as it is definitely suggested for used in high temperature and high pressure. The inserted inconel wire gives large mechanical resilience.Beside inconel wire, the flexible graphite packing can be reinforced with ss304, ss316 wire or mesh. The packing size can be made as custom need, usually from 3mm to 70 mm in square cross section. The density is about 1.2g/cm3.
Application
