Nylon Fabric Cloth Inserted NBR Nitrile Rubber Sheet - N1510

our glass fiber, cotton fiber or nylon fabric cloth inserted NBR Nitrile rubber sheet is a black premium grade and 70 Duro Nitrile rubber which is reinforced with a tear and flex resistant nylon fabric. It has excellent mechanical strength and is flexible and has petroleum based fuel and oil resistance, including petrol, diesel and LPG. Nylon fabric cloth inserted NBR Nitrile rubber sheet is also resistant to mineral oils and greases and gas permeability.

The specially designed nylon fabric cloth inserted NBR Nitrile rubber sheet gives Nitrile Diaphragm Rubber superior tear strength and dimensional stability under constant flexing, making it suitable for critical sealing and diaphragm applications.

Nylon fabric cloth inserted NBR rubber sheets have an advantage over unsupported items as the fabric substrate takes the stress from the rubber. Please see the Diaphragm Sheet Materials Datasheet for full details.
