Our SBR rubber sheet reinforced with polyester fabric cloth is a reinforced SBR rubber elastomer designed for industrial machinery and fastening applications. This general purpose polyester fabric cloth reinforced SBR rubber sheet is made up of a synthetic elastomer called styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) and has a polyester fabric cloth inserted for increased strength.SBR rubber is well known for its outstanding resistance to heat, moisture, and heavy abrasions, making it the perfect synthetic rubber for industrial applications. This is thanks to the smooth finish and enhanced durability gained by the solid rubber in the vulcanization process. This SBR rubber sheet reinforced with polyester fabric cloth has a durometer of 70A to give it a stiff surface with minimal pliability, while the cloth insert prevents stretch and maintains the rubber sheets’ form. This is great for fastening applications, as the solid rubber sheets will not deform or wear down from the stress of machinery.
